Description of Water Prefiltration
WECHANFIB polypropylene melt-blown filter adopts a new process, so
that the whole filter has a very hard mechanical properties, the
pressure resistance is more than 2 times that of ordinary
melt-blown filter, and can be applied to some high viscosity and
high solid content of the feed liquid. The process of melt-blowing
makes it have a high contaminant capacity and can withstand more
impurities. It has better good effect and low resistance to
filtration of granular materials, such as metal paint.
Application of Water Prefiltration
- Pharmaceutical field: pre-filtration of all kinds of injections,
medicinal liquids and injection washing water, and all kinds of
antimicrobials, traditional Chinese medicine injections;

General Description of Water Prefiltration:
The wire-wound filter element is made of textile fiber
(polypropylene, defatted cotton, glass fiber, polyester) precisely
wound on the porous (PP, stainless steel) skeleton according to a
specific density, with a honeycomb structure. Suitable for low
viscosity, low impurity filtration, can effectively remove
suspended matter, particles, rust and other debris in the material
liquid, with very good filtration characteristics.
